Ben Roethlisberger wants the Andrea McNulty case thrown out.

My gut tells me this is going away unless somebody wins and somebody loses. Roethlisberger should have experience with that scenario in the NFL.

Roethlisberger claims the suit is “frivolous and abusive”. He claims that anyone with half a brain can figure out that it is fraud. True, normally you would file criminal charges before a civil suit. She is just banking that he would settle with her to make the whole case go away. Wrong!
