Rumor has it that Derek and Minka Kelly are engaged, however, their reps are completely denying it.

The New York Post claims that Jeter and Kelly are keeping the engagement under wraps, but that they do, in fact, have a fall wedding planned.

When asked about the rumored engagement, Jeter replied, “Engagement rumors with who?” That answer sounds a little fishy! I’m thinking he is engaged but doesn’t want the press all over he and his fiancee.

You know, I have never been a big fan of Jeter’s, mostly because I have never been a fan of the Yankees. But I will say that he has class. You don’t see this guy’s personal life splashed all over the papers like his buddy A-Rod. Yeah sure, he did date the likes of Mariah Carey and Jessica Alba, but he always did his best to keep his personal life private. So good for him for not feeling like he has to blab it to the world.
